The ground rules for using this site and engaging HackersForce for security work.
These Terms govern your use of the HackersForce website. The actual delivery of any security assessment is governed by a separate written agreement — please read Section 3 carefully.

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
HackersForce provides offensive security services, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessment (VAPT), web, mobile, API, network and cloud security testing, and red team operations. The pages on this site describe these services for information only and do not constitute an offer or a guarantee of any particular outcome.
Any security testing we perform is delivered under a separate signed engagement agreement, statement of work (SOW) or scope document, which takes precedence over these Terms for that work. No testing of any kind is performed without explicit, written authorization from the party that owns or is entitled to authorize testing of the target systems.
Submitting a form or contacting us does not by itself authorize any testing, create a contract, or establish a client relationship. You are responsible for ensuring that any system you ask us to test is one you are legally permitted to have tested.
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, disrupting it, submitting malicious input, or using the contact forms to send spam or unlawful content. Automated submissions and abuse-prevention measures may be enforced.
The content, design, branding and tooling presented on this site are owned by HackersForce or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.
Information you share with us through this site or during scoping is treated as confidential, and an NDA is available on request. Likewise, any deliverables, methodologies or reports we provide under an engagement are confidential to that engagement and subject to the relevant agreement.
This website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Security testing is inherently limited to the scope, time and information available at the time of an engagement; no assessment can guarantee that a system is free of all vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HackersForce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Liability arising from any engagement is governed exclusively by the agreement covering that engagement.
The site may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the HackersForce operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The governing law and venue for any specific engagement are set out in that engagement’s agreement. [Insert governing-law jurisdiction]
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
